1. Guaranteed Pass Scheme

Under our Guaranteed Pass Scheme, we are committed to supporting our students until they succeed in their examinations. Please note that this scheme entitles a student to continue attending classes with us until they pass; it does not guarantee a 100% pass rate. To remain eligible, a student must meet both of the following conditions:

• Attendance requirement: the student must attend more than 90% of the scheduled classes.
• Mock examination performance: the student must pass a minimum of three (3) mock examinations conducted during the course.

If a student does not meet these conditions, they will be required to pay 50% of the total course fee in order to rejoin the classes.

2. Payment Policy

Non-refundable fees: all fees paid for our courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, the deferral of payments may be discussed on a case-by-case basis in consultation with our management.

3. Privacy and Disclosure of Information

Student information: Excellence Training Centre reserves the right to share a student’s information with the student’s guardian upon request.

4. Ethical Conduct

Unethical behaviour: Excellence Training Centre maintains a strict policy against unethical conduct. We reserve the right to dismiss any student found engaging in unethical behaviour without prior notice.

5. Payment Receipts

Receipt requirement: students must obtain a separate receipt for every payment made. Payments made without a receipt will not be accepted.
