Module 2: Designing training programs
- Ice-breaker and Introduction – Exercises to develop group rapport
- What you need to know to prepare and design a training session
- Identifying the performance gap
- The ADDIE model: A commonly used training method
- The four levels of evaluation and how to evaluate your success
- Learn to construct assessments to validate the learning
Module 3: Training session plans
- How to prepare a session plan to guide the training
- Preparing a training session
- Prior preparation prevents poor performance
Module 4: Effective presentation
- Ice-breaker and Introduction – Exercises to develop group rapport
- A six-step approach to deliver an engaging training session
- Learn how to communicate one’s message effectively

Module 5: Questions and feedback techniques
- Implement the characteristics of good questioning techniques.
